FROM 1 TO 5% BY WEIGHT BASED ON THE ETHYLENICALLY UNSATURATED MATERIAL OF A REDUCING AGENT CAPABLE OF REDUCING THE PHOTOSENSITIZER WHEN THE PHOTOSENSITIZER IS IN AN EXCITED STATE.
