The slit or groove extends from the tip to a reservoir formed in the central body. This is an open- or closed cavity originating at a main surface of the central body. It is a continuous opening between the main opposite surfaces (11, 12) of the central body. Variations of the basic design are proposed. Typical microcircuit fabrication technologies are employed.
