Zusammenfassung:	1443097 L-Aspartate of cyclic erythromycin A 6,9-hemiacetal carbonate INSTYTUT PRZEMYSLU FARMACEUTYCZNEGO 22 July 1974 [28 July 1973] 32396/74 Heading C2C The novel antibiotic, the L-aspartate of cyclic erythromycin A 6,9-hemiacetal carbonate is obtained, optionally as the monohydrate, by reacting substantially stoichiometric proportions of the cyclic carbonate of erythromycin A 6,9-hemiacetal and L-aspartic acid in an aqueous medium (e.g. H 2 O, H 2 O/acetone, H 2 O/ethanol). To isolate the product, the resulting solution may be lyophilized or evaporated with, if necessary, addition of a liquid which forms a binary or ternary azeotropic mixture therewith.
