The first metal is a shape-memory titanium alloy, preferably a Ti-Ni, Ti-Ni-Co or Ti-Ni-Fe alloy. The second porous metal is titanium, a titanium alloy, preferably a Ti-Ni, Ti-Ni-Co or Ti-Ni-Fe alloy having 20 % to 50 % open porosity and pore dimensions of 50 to 400 microns. The invention is useful for producing a dental prosthesis.
