Zusammenfassung:	A water valve, especially a mixer and volume control valve, comprises a housing composed of a sleeve (10) and an axially movable floor (2) with an opening (20) for the water. A housing contains a valve seat plate (3) with an opening in it, and a control valve with a water penetration channel, which can be moved by an actuator. A tubular rubber elastic plastic is used to form a seal (5) between the valve seat plate and the body. The seal is sprayed onto the wall of the floor opening.
