Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a process for the determination and isolation from any source, either vegetable or biotechnological, of taxol and 10-deacetylbaccatin III (DAB) and their analogues using polyclonal IgY antibodies prepared from egg yolk from hens previously immunized with succinyl-taxol and succinyl-DAB conjugated with bovine albumin. These antibodies are immobilized on a matrix for selective isolation of the above taxanes from vegetable extracts or cell or microorganism culture media.
