A vehicle for mixing and dispensing animal feed for use at mixing and dispensing feed especially based on straw materials such as straw, hay and grass for cattle comprises a driven mixing rotor (14) having paddle arms (20) provided with paddles (22) said rotor being arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The paddles are arranged in such a manner that they convey the mixed material away from the ends and where the two material flows meet a dispensing hatch is placed. Hereby a violent pressure from the material on the ends of the vehicle body is eliminated. An eccentric position of the mixing rotor (14) together with the rear end of the paddles (22) rising from the side of the vehicle counteracts a wedging of the mixing rotor. In the feed truck the further possibility exists of mounting a set cutting knives from the outside of the vehicle. The feed truck also comprises weighing cells and furthermore a stabilizer for counteracting rolling of the vehicle body. In a further embodiment the vehicle body can also be put into a slightly slanting position.
