Pressure regulator for a gas-heated heating appliance having a blower which is connected via throttles to an air inlet and a gas inlet, and whose pressure side is connected to a burner, the discharge side of an air diaphragm (20) being connected to a space (43) of the pressure regulator (29) bounded by a control diaphragm (10) and a servodiaphragm (11), and a space (45) which is bounded by the control diaphragm (10) being subjected to pressure in the underpressure chamber, and the servodiaphragm (11) controlling a valve (12), which influences the flow to a space (41) bounded by a regulating diaphragm (8), which controls a gas regulating valve (5). In order to ensure a constant regulator pressure pR, provision is made for a holding part (15) having an internal thread (49) to be pressed into one of the two diaphragms (10, 11) bounding a space (43), a screw (14), which determines the spacing of the two diaphragms (10, 11), being held adjustably in the internal thread (49).
