Transportemballage med låg

A corrugated cardboard transport package (1) has a tray-like bottom part (2) open at its top side and in the major area of its front side and a removable lid (3) that covers the open side areas of the bottom part (2). The lid (3) formed by erecting the single-piece blank (3a) has a top side (9) cut ut of the blank (3a) in the longitudinal direction of the cardboard corrugation with a width (B) and length (L) corresponding to those of the bottom part (2). The lid (3) further has a front side (11) that prolongs in a straight line the top side (9) of the lid (3), is hingedly linked thereto along a transversal groove (10) and perpendicular to the top side (9) and has a width (B) that corresponds to the width (B) of the bottom part and a length (L) that corresponds to the height (H) of the bottom part, as well as narrow side flaps (17 -20) arranged on both sides of the top and front sides (9, 11) of the lid, along their longitudinal edges, hingedly linked thereto and perpendicularly folded with respect thereto. Each narrow side flap (17 - 20) is provided with an articulated tear off tongue (25 - 28) and is sticked at spots to the adjacent side surface (7, 6) of the bottom part (2).
