Zusammenfassung:A servovalve controlled by a magnet armature and operated by its own fluid. A pressure space (5) connected to the valve inlet (Z) is arranged on one side of the differential piston (2) carrying the valve plate (3) while a control space (6) is arranged on the other side. The control space (6) is connected via a relief hole (2.1) in the differential piston (2) to the valve outlet (A) and via a control hole (2.2) to the pressure space (5). With the magnet coil (11) excited, the relief hole (2.1) is closed off by the magnet armature seal (8.1). A first return spring (9) is arranged between the magnet armature (8) and an axially displaceable head piece (12), and a second return spring (14) is arranged between the head piece (12) and a fixed stop (10.2). The head piece (12) is supported directly, via spacers (15, 16), on differential piston (2). When the magnet armature (8) is attracted, relief hole (2.1) opens, the differential piston (2) rises and, during the opening movement, lifts the head piece (12) together with the magnet armature (8) via the spacers (15, 16) without altering the magnetic conditions. As a result, it is possible to control the valve with an exceptionally small electric current.
