Zusammenfassung: | An improved hot air recirculation oven (10), comprising a box-like body (11) which can be accessed internally by means of a door (12) and inside which a wall (13) is fixed transversely, forming two chambers (14,15). A first chamber (14) is suitable to contain the food to be cooked or heated, while in the second chamber (15) there is provided at least one fan (17) for the forced recirculation of the air and there are provided means for heating the air. The oven also comprising means (22) for the controlled infeed of air which are suitable to reduce, during the cooking process, the moisture inside said first chamber (K). |
