The pumping unit enables the equipment to function in sniffing or vacuum modes. The signal is passed through a differentiator (5), an amplifier (6) of ratio (A) and a low pass filter (7) which eliminates high frequencies not characteristic of a leak. The signal (dq/dt) produced is added (4) to the original signal in a summer (4) and used to produce a signal (qt) which denotes the leak. |
