Zusammenfassung:	The generator is built on a p type substrate and includes three oscillating circuits (osc1,2,3) generating four phases (abcd). A control circuit (cde) generates signals transmitted to the oscillating circuits osc2 and osc3. The first oscillating circuit receives a logic signal (on) transmitted to a nand gate (g1) with two inputs. The gate output is connected to series inverters (i1,i2) while a second logic gate (g2) feeds other two inverters (i3,i4). The control circuit has two nand gates (g3,g4) connected to three series inverters which generate control signals applied to two transistors (t1,t2).
