Zusammenfassung:	The tibial component consists of a plate (10) which interacts with the adjacent femoral condyle (3), and a base (15) having an upper surface which connects with the plate and a lower surface which engages with the upper epiphysis section of the tibia. The lower surface of the base has a rigid vane (21) lying perpendicular to its main plane, and a projection adjacent to the vane on the under surface of the base. The base's upper surface has a hole (30) to receive a stud (13a) on the underside of the plate, and a projecting rigid bar (31) which engages with a matching recess (13b) in the plate.
