Zusammenfassung:A pruning tool comprising a hook-shaped tool body (1) with a movable tool portion (7) pivotally connected thereto via a pivot pin (8). A lever (9) is used to operate the movable tool portion (7) from the end of the shaft by means of a pull cord (10). The lever is joined to the movable tool portion (7) in such a way that it is offset towards the shaft, thereby defining an upper clearance (15) for branches laterally adjacent to the branch being pruned.
