Zusammenfassung: | The nickel-based monocrystalline superalloy adapted especially for the manufacture of turbine blades of cryotechnical rocket-engine turbopumps, exhibits the following weight composition in %: Fe: 22 to 28 % Cr: 7 to 9 % Ti: 3 to 5 % Al: 3 to 5 % Nb: 0.5 to 2 % Mo: 2 to 4 % Si: 0 to 0.5 % Ni: remainder to 100 %. The other elements being optionally present only in the form of impurities. The alloy exhibits in particular a good behaviour towards heat shocks and a low sensitivity to embrittlement by gaseous hydrogen. |
