A business form (10) that may be easily and inexpensively produced provides a security feature while allowing ready printing of variable information on carbonless sheets, and ready utilization of variable security information. Top and bottom sheets (13, 14) of base paper have their bottom and top surfaces (16, 17), respectively, in engagement with each other. A label (21) is applied to the top surface (17) of the bottom sheets (14), underlying a blockout printing strip (20) on the top surface (15) of the top sheet (13). Carbonless imaging means (40, 41, 42), such as a self-imaging coating on the label and top surface of the bottom sheet (or a CB coating on the bottom surface of the top sheet and a CF coating on the top surface of the bottom sheet, at least at the label) , transfer variable data (48, 49) printed on the blockout printing (20) to the label (21), and preferably to part of the bottom sheet adjacent the label. An adhesive strip (30), with release tape (31) over it, may be provided on the bottom surface (18) of the bottom sheet (14). The top and bottom sheets may be connected together by spot pasting (22) along the top and bottom edges, and solid pasting (23) in removable marginal portions (25) at the side edges. The form is preferably part of a continuous business form construction.
