Zusammenfassung:Material with a vitroceramic or ceramic matrix obtained by the sol-gel route and reinforced with fibres of SiC type, characterised in that the said matrix is of LAS or MLAS type and in that the said fibres are of Si-Ti-C-O type. Figure 2 shows the curves of stress in compression and tension, as a function of the relative deformation, for a composite material containing 24 % by volume of fibres of Si-Ti-C-O type.
