Zusammenfassung:	Binding, composed of a plate (1) mounted pivotably (3) and means for holding (4) the front part of the foot and of a heelpiece (5), comprises a body (13) mounted pivotably (14) on the plate and equipped with an articulated jaw (15). The heelpiece comprises a return spring (18) also acting on a movable lock (27) holding the body (13) aligned on the plate. The binding comprises return means (33a, 10) returning the plate and the heelpiece into the initial position after release. The heelpiece is unlocked only after rotation of the plate through a specific angle.
