Zusammenfassung:	The subject of the present invention is a method for cleaning and/or disinfecting and sterilising haemodialysers. According to the invention, this method consists in mixing a basic composition comprising the ion chlorite with an acid composition comprising lactic acid in a ratio of the acid composition to the basic composition ranging from 1:2 to 4:4, in introducing the mixture thus obtained, with the addition of water, into a haemodialyser, the ratio of the mixture to the water being approximately 1:34, and in circulating the final solution in the apparatus where the dilution of the mixture in water, and the reaction between the basic composition and the acid composition take place. The invention finds application in nephrology departments of hospitals for quick and efficient cleaning and/or disinfecting and sterilising of haemodialysers.
