The controller includes a primary chopper for each phase of electrical power. Each primary chopper is electrically connected in wye connection to a transformer. A secondary chopper demodulates and rectifies each phase of power. Each secondary chopper has an input connected electrically to the secondary terminals of the transformer and has an output connected to a load in series connection.
