Zusammenfassung:A filter cartridge including a liner/valve, or support/valve construction is provided. The liner/valve construction provides for contaminant flow to the filter media during normal filtering operation, and contaminant or sediment retention in the cartridge during a servicing operation. The preferred liner/valve construction includes an outer support having a flexible sheet valve positioned therein. The preferred sheet valve includes a plurality of cut valves. Methods of construction, assembly and use are provided.
