The anchoringunit (5) has a plate connecting portion mounted on the camera connecting plate (23), and a casing connecting portion connected pivotally to the plate connecting portion and further connected to the peripheral wall (40) such that the casing axis can be disposed in an upright position even when the camera connecting plate (23) is tilted.
