Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an epoxy resin composition consisting of components (a), (b) and (c) defined below, wherein the amount of component (c) based on 100 parts by weight of component (a) is 1 to 30 parts by weight; component (a) is liquid; and components (b) and (c) are homogeneously dissolved in component (a): (a) epoxy resin, (b) anionic polymerization initiator, and (c) proton donor. The present invention also relates to a process for producing fiber-reinforced composite material where a thermosetting resin composition is injected into reinforcing fiber substrates placed in a mold maintained at a specific temperature Tm between 60 to 180 DEG C, and heated to cure in a mold at Tm, such that the following conditions (7) to (9) are satisfied: ti ≤ 10 tm ≤ 60 1 < ≤tm/ti ≤ 6.0 wherein, ti is time from the beginning of injection to the termination of injection (min.), and tm is time from the beginning of injection to the beginning of the demolding (min.)
