Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an anti-vibration mount comprising two rigid frames (2, 3), a rigid insert (4), which is fixed to the first frame (2), and an elastomer body (6) which at least partially overmoulds the insert (4) and which connects said insert to the second frame (3). The insert (4) is positioned in two lateral guides (14) which extend perpendicularly to the main direction of vibration (Z). Said insert (4) and said lateral guides (14) are shaped in such a way that the insert (4) is wedged in the lateral guides (14), without any clearance in the main direction of vibration. A deformed end area prevents the insert (4) from coming out of the guides.
