Zusammenfassung:	The valve has a valve stem (10) with a dosing chamber (20). A valve (30) distributes fluid product e.g. aerosol, contained in the chamber, and a valve (40) fills the chamber. The two valves (30, 40) are activated separately during use of the valve. The two valves (30, 40) are activated together for filling a container with the product. The chamber is sealed from the container and outside, in rest position of the valve. An independent claim is also included for a fluid product distributor comprising a valve.
