A data slicer and an RF receiver employing the data slicer. The RF receiver includes a demodulator for demodulating a received RF signal, and a data slicer (100) comprising a sample signal output portion (101) for outputting a first sample signal by sequentially outputting samples of the demodulated signal that are sampled according to a predetermined sampling frequency, and outputting a second sample signal which is sampled at a predetermined time delayed from the first sample signal, and a data recovery portion (200) for recovering the demodulated input signals into a DC offset component-deleted data, by using the first and the second sample signals that are output from the sample signal output portion, respectively. Since digitalized data in a pulse waveform is obtained from a DC-deleted signal, a signal recovery efficiency is improved.
