Zusammenfassung: | Formation of the hollow glass object (1) with a collar and a shoulder involves using a 'blow-blow' technique comprising primary forming, transfer, and final forming. In the final forming phase the collar is sunk into the shoulder of the object while supporting at least part of the height of the collar. Sinking of the collar into the shoulder of the object is carried out immediately after having performed blowing which brings the glass into contact with the finishing mold. Before the sinking phase demolding of just the shoulder is carried out. Immediately after sinking of the collar into the shoulder, blowing into the interior of the object is performed. Independent claims are given for; (a) an installation for production of the glass object, comprising a mold made in two main parts connected with each other according to a vertical axis, and a blow head connected to an air circuit, the blow head comprising a frame in which is mounted a traversably movable piece, and whose end section is adapted to support the collar of the object; (b) application of the above installation considered as a finishing mold in an I. S. machine; and (c) a hollow glass object obtained by the above process and by using the above installation. |
