PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning machine that is equipped with a draft mechanism 13, to which a guide 25 for the fiber bundle 22 is connected in the guide division 15 and the sucking band area 33 is formed next to the inner face of the guide along the guide division in the radius direction in order to form the collecting and bundling areas 25, 26, 27 for aggregating the fiber bundle that is finally drafted but not yet be spun; in this spinning machine system, a fine spinning machine is provided by improving the conventional system that the compact fiber bundle 22 is guided and then continuously twisted into a new system that aerodynamic and mechanical fiber bundle is guaranteed with optimal combination in the no-draft bundle-collecting area, even when a traverse motion is used in front of the draft mechanism or not used. SOLUTION: In the case where a traverse motion device 42 is employed in front of a multi-step draft mechanism, a deflecting screen 40 is arranged on the upper side of the sucking zone 33.
