Zusammenfassung:	A control system for a tracked vehicle like a crane, has sensors for the transverse forces. The output signals are used to control the drive motors in order to minimise these forces. The sensors are mounted so that every deviation of a wheel from the straight ahead direction is converted into a force signal. Thus, the system does not begin to respond only when critical side forces are reached.
