Zusammenfassung:	The handle has a closed circumferential sleeve (4) connected to a steel core (1) fitted with a handle (8). It faces the smooth fixing wall so that between the sleeve, fixing surface and steel core is an airtight cavity (6) which can be evacuated by a pump unit and ventilated by a ventilation unit. The pump and ventilation units are connected to the cavity by flow channels (20,33) so that the cavity is evacuated to fix the holder and ventilated to release same. The steel core may have a support bearing (5) of non-slip material which in the evacuated state adjoins the fixing surface.
