Zusammenfassung:	A process is claimed for marking mouldings based on thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) or mixts. of TPU with up to 45 wt.% of other thermoplastics. The process comprises marking by means of high-energy radiation, using a copper phosphate (I) as an additive to improve marking. Pref. the source of radiation used is a pulsed UV laser, a Nd:YAG laser or a UV lamp. Pref. additive is a mixt. of a copper phosphate and an inorganic layer silicate.
