Zusammenfassung:	Compounds have the formula (a), in which Het stands for optionally susbstituted 4-pyridyl or 4-pyrimidinyl; X stands for NH, O or S(O)0-2; E stands for a bond or alkanidyl; Y and Z stand for CH2, O and or S(O)0-2; W stands for (CH2)0-4; R and R stand for halogen, alkyl (halide), alkoxy (halide) or alkylthio; r and s = 0-2; U stands for a bond, O, S(O)0-2 or optionally substituted imino; and V stands for a bond CO, SO2, -CQ-T- or -CT' = N-; or U+V represent together a double bond; and R is defined as in the description. Also disclosed are a process for preparing these compounds and their use as pesticides and fungicides.
