Zusammenfassung:	An arrangement of equipment for X-ray examinations of patients uses telescopic arms (2,2') mounted on movable bearers (4,4') on guide rails (3) to hold the X-ray source (1,1'). By this means, a patient can be X-rayed from above (11) or from the side (11') using the same X-ray source. The photo-conductor (7) for receiving the X-rays can be situated below or behind the patient by moving it up or down floor-mounted supports (8). It is cylindrical in form and revolves round an axis (12). It is inside a housing (5) with two windows (10,9), one at the top and the other at the side, for admission of the X-rays and their collection on sensors (18,19).
