Zusammenfassung:	A mouldable padding material for clothing consists of unspun fibre material with a one- or multi-layer structure and special fibre arrangement between the layers. The material comprises fibres or fibre sections (3) between two stitch layers (1, 2), whose stitches (1a, 2a) are formed out of a number of fibres. The fibres or fibre sections (3) inbetween are vertical and are not intermeshed, and connect the two stitches layers (1, 2) to each other. The two layers (1, 2) form the two surfaces of the padding material.
