Zusammenfassung: | A small asynchronous motor for driving individual spindles on textile machines, esp. twisting or spinning machines, has a stator with straight slots and a short-circuited cage rotor (5) which is connected to the spindle. The stator has a two pole star connected winding. The rotor has straight slots (4) with slits (6) and the air gap between stator and rotor is 0.3-0.4 mm. Pref. the stator slots end in gaps 2 - 2.5 mm wide to simplify fitting the stator windings. The ratio of the outer to the inner diameter of the stator is 1.68 - 1.73. The rotor slots have a height to width ratio of 1.0 - 1.5. The relationship between the number of slots in the stator lamination stack and in the rotor lamination stack is 36-30 or 36-28. |
