Zusammenfassung:The fuel injection valve is assembled in several layers, one of which forms the valve plate and another the drive means to operate it. In order to achieve the optimum lift to the valve plate membrane an adjustment system is incorporated. With the assembly of the magnetic drive (2) on the multi-layer constructed valve (1) the position of the yoke (18) and the armature (12) must be exact for the valve to open and close properly. The armature (12) is first inserted into the aperture (21) in the valve (1) which has a recess (22) is formed in the upper surface, in which the yoke lies. The armature is attached to the membrane with adhesive and the valve in the closed position. When the adhesive is set the yoke is raised and turned so that it now rests on the upper surface of the valve, creating a controlled gap.
