Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of homo-, graft co- and block co-polymers by reacting (I) with radically polymerisable organic cpds.; the polymers thus obtd. are also claimed. Also claimed is a process for crosslinking organo-Si cpds. (I) and radically polymerisable cpds., by mixing the two and heating or irradiating with UV. Also claimed is a process for the prepn. of organo-Si cpds. as above, by hydrolysis, condensation or equilibration of silanes of type (I) contg. condensable gps. with silanes and siloxanes contg. condensable gps.
