Zusammenfassung:	The device has a grip (20) with two projecting ears (201), each with a D-shaped aperture (201A). A U-shaped clamp (10) has a base (17) with a central hole (16) and two upright sides (14), with aligned holes (15). A bolt (50) has a head (51) with passage bore (51A) and a shaft (52) with lower thread. The bolt head is retained sliding between the upright clamp sides. The shaft passes through the hole in the base. A D-shaped peg (31) passes through the apertures in the ears, and through the passage in the bolt head. Due to this, the grip is turnable held in the holes in the sides. A central aperture (31A) in the peg is of the same length as the passage of the bolt head. A nut (60) locks on the end of the bolt shaft.
