Zusammenfassung:	The power supply arrangement for electropneumatic position regulators with analogue interface and microcontroller uses the analogue current loop of 4-20 ma between terminals (1,5) to generate supply current for the microcontroller (13) and associated peripherals, where the current is made available for short measurement periods at regular intervals, as determined by the microcontroller. The electronic switch (3) is opened by the uC (13) during the measurement phase, so that the total supply current flows through the measurement resistor (1). Outside the measurement period a higher supply voltage is generated by the supply current across zener diode (20), storage capacitor (22) is charged, and supplies DC/DC converters for internal power supply.
