A movable second arm (25) is fitted eccentrically to the first arm. The second arm can also be turned through 360 deg.. A processing device (21) is fitted to the second arm. The first arm is above the second arm relative to the inscription surface. The two arms are of different lengths and have servo drives, step motors or proportional magnetic drives (7,15). The drives may be controlled by a linear system.
