Zusammenfassung:	The fuel pump has suction intake (7) facing the base of the fuel tank, with a vent opening (2) leading axially to the tank from a lower side channel. The end (5) of the vent opening is enclosed by a catchment dish (3), with a max. fuel level (4) above th end of the vent opening, so that the latter remains covered when the fuel level (9) in the tank drops below the end of the vent opening. Pref. the catchment dish is fitted over the end of the pump suction intake and can be combined with an intake filter (6) for the latter.
