Zusammenfassung:	A tube segment (5) of rubber with valve nipple (7) is mounted between the wheel rim (3) and tyre sleeve (1). This segment is then filled with air and expands, with this expansion being locally restricted along the circumference of the wheel rim so that the tyre (1) is lifted and can be pressed or drawn off over the edge of the rim. The tube segment can be provided in addition to the inner tube (2) between wheel rim and tyre. The segment can be integrated in the inner tube. The opening for taking the valve nipple is opposite the opening for taking the pump valve.
