Zusammenfassung:	A fuel injection jet or nozzle for a IC engine with at least two intake ports per cylinder has a housing (1) with a spring-loaded valve operated by a solenoid (2) and a nozzle head (9) with spray channels (10,11). The channels run in different parts of the nozzle head, ending in a sealing seat. The valve needle (7) has a two-part design. The central part (100) is held by a spring (8) against the seat (11) while the second concentric part (110) is held down by a second spring (12). The solenoid is supplied with low current for small needle movement and a higher current for full movement.
