Between the two are a top and bottom bearings, and the stationary base stands in the spindle rail, holding the bearings plus some form of anti-vibration packing. The stationary base held in the spindle rail also has a suitable insert of anti-vibration material.The spindle (1) pref. has a rotary part (3) supported on the bearings (31, 32) which are sepd. by at least a third of the rotor length, and both are above the spindle rail (5). This holds the tube (8) and the yarn winding (9). The whorl (42) is symmetrical to the bearings, and has the belt (43) to drive it. |
