Zusammenfassung:	A voluminous underlay for the prevention of decubitus comprises one or several multilayer fleecy fabrics with net and through-stitch layers, where additionally both the links of the net and the through stitches are formed from one and the same, pref. lengthwise oriented, fibre and joined together by the net links. Here at least two through-stitch fleecy fabrics (A,B) arranged similarly one above the other such that at the join a through-stitch layer (4) and a net layer (1) touch to be joined by the links of an additional net layer (5).
