Zusammenfassung: | A cooking vessel with built-in heating is described, which has an outer shell and an inner shell which are connected to one another to form a watertight cavity. An electrical base heater is accommodated in the cavity. The cooking vessel furthermore contains a watertight electrical connection for the heater, a heat sensor and a temperature selector. In order to refine such a cooking vessel such that it is possible to cook food in a controlled manner at normal pressure and such that the cooking vessel can be cleaned by immersing it in water, is proposed to connect the heat sensor to the inner shell in the region of the base heater in a thermally conductive manner and to connect it, via a conductive connection, to the temperature selector while maintaining the watertightness of the cavity. |
