Zusammenfassung: | In a burner (1) having a burner tube (11), an atomising nozzle (12), an air-supply line (13) and a baffle plate (21) arranged in the burner tube (11) in front of the atomising nozzle (12), the burner tube (11) is provided, at the end projecting into a boiler space (3), with a collar (31) which projects outwards and runs all the way or part of the way round. By virtue of this design, waste gases are necessarily supplied directly to the burner flame in an almost constant quantity irrespective of the geometric configuration of the boiler space (3). The waste gases pass directly into the hot core of the burner flame, so that complete combustion is ensured and no unburnt hydrocarbon components escape with the waste gases. |
