Zusammenfassung:	A self adhesive multi-layer protection film based on polyolefins comprises: (a) a carrier layer having a layer thickness in the range of from 20 to 150 mu m and comprising one or more layers of polyolefins; and (b) an adhesive layer having a layer thickness in the range of from 5 to 40 mu m and comprising 99.5 - 80 wt.% of an ethylene vinyl ester copolymer and/or polyethylene or a mixture thereof; and from 0.5 to 20 wt.% of one or more adhesion-promoting resins. Such a film is of particular use in protection of the surfaces of plastics sheets during thermal forming, storage and transportation.
