Zusammenfassung: | A process for utilising fine solid, pasty and liq. residual and waste materials in a gasification process involves (a) producing slurry prods. (i) of the pasty (1) and liq. (2) materials in a stirred vessel (3), (ii) of he fine solid (4) and liq. (2) materials in a mixer (6) and (iii) of the fine solid (4), pasty (1) and liq. (2) materials in a stirred vessel (7); (b) feeding the prods. together or individually (opt. simultaneously) through one or more burners (9) into a gasification reactor (10); (c) converting the organic content of the materials with gasifying agent (11,12) to mainly CO and H2; (d) melting the mineral components of the materials by partial oxidn. of the organic components at 1300-2000 deg.C; and (e) producing and temporarily storing the slurry products in at least two separate systems. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. for processing special waste from the chemical, metal processing, energy producing and waste processing industries. The process allows simultaneous disposal of liq. and solid wastes (e.g. used oil, lacquer sludges, clarification sludges, flyash, filter dusts and tar residues) in a single process step, employs the reaction heat from liq. waste disposal for disposal of the solid waste and provides non-leachable incorporation of the heavy metal content of the liq. waste in the mineral components of the solid waste. |
